By doing the heavy lifting now, we avoid surprise requirements later. This phase ensures that The Web Team (CMD/SLTS) and your Unit are a unified front with a clear roadmap and a shared timeline.

We’ll send you a welcome kit that introduces our team and explains how we work together.

This is your chance to tell us about your audience. Who are the 2–3 most important groups visiting your site, and what is the #1 thing they need to get done?

We’ll sit down together to discuss your goals and interview key stakeholders to make sure no stone is left unturned.

This is our project roadmap. It outlines milestones, deadlines, and who has the final green light on decisions.
